There is nothing easy about being a first time home buyer. Trying to find the right house and attempting to feel confident, excited, and financially comfortable in a very uncomfortable, scary situation is beyond overwhelming to say the least. After nearly a 2 year search, my family and I were finally able to achieve our goal and buy our home and we could NOT have done that without the hard work, dedication, knowledge, and positive attitude of Jared Mark. Jared spent the last 21 months with us helping us see dozens of houses, taking time out his constantly busy schedule to see anything we wanted to see and whenever we wanted to see it until we found the right house. He made sure that no matter what was going on in his life or in our lives, that we felt like we were a priority. Not only that, but he educated us along the way and in a way that made this uncomfortable, anxiety provoking process a little more bearable. He gave us his honest opinion on houses we saw, he guided us through a few different bids we made and answered every question we had to ensure that we were happy and comfortable with what we had offered. When we lost some of those bids, he made sure to keep our moral up and assured us that we will get the house we want and deserved and thanks to him, we finally did. On top of all of this, he also helped us connect to all the necessary pieces we needed such as a lawyer, a broker, inspectors etc. all of which were fantastic and even a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank Jared enough for his time, help, and dedication to me and my family. I can only hope for the next first time home buyer(s) out there in the capital region that are looking for a trust worthy and genuine agent that they give Jared a call!
